  Credit Unions are completely 100% member owned. However, there are rules and regulations that must be followed. Yes, you might not always like the outcome of the situation but I assure you that it was dealt with in the best way possible. Also, with that being said, you can't please everybody. I love credit unions period. If you can deal with being just a number and things constantly being pushed down your throat at a bank then go right ahead.

  Thank you ORNL for taking a total of $245.00 in "OD" fees out for an ACH to Comcast and ATT when I don't have these services. Contacted both companies as you instructed me and they couldn't show any charges, then contacted you back to be told I'm SOL... I would love for you to tell my children why they have no food, or my electric company why I can't pay them, hell I'd love for you to explain to my wife why she won't have any money for gas when she gets stuck in the mountains heading home from North Carolina... Thank you for once again showing me that your own greedy pockets come before our members..
